The sole purpose of The Lamp Newsletter International website is to change lives through the almighty power of God. When you subscribe to our newsletter or send us a message through a contact form on our website, or by email (eg. a prayer request, inquiry/question/comment, feedback or advertisement information), as part of the process, we collect Personal Information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We collect Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com (“Wix”, “our Service Provider”) provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our services to you. 18. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. Our website is a general-audience website and, as such, is not specifically directed to, nor does it provide interactive services for, children and young teens. Although it is not created to attract the interaction of anyone under 18, its contents are safe for anyone under 18 to experience. We do not feature content that is offensive, dangerous, harmful, sexual or of a nature that would require parental supervision.

 

Our website does provide newsletters (which may be downloaded and printed) and which sometimes include stories, articles, poetry, events, and other items that highlight special things for children. Our newsletters publish birthday observances, school achievements and other accomplishments in which children and young teens are honored. Where children are featured, such items are published in our printable newsletters with the prior and full consent of parent(s)/grandparent(s) or legal guardians.

 

We follow the laws and regulations outlined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. We will delete any Personal Information collected that we later determine to be from a user younger than the age of thirteen (13).
